Reed joins Lakestar Media as Director of Sales
Thursday, 28th May, 2009 - Lakestar Media has today announced the appointment of Scott Reed as the digital agency’s Director of Sales.
Prior to joining the agency 39-year-old Reed occupied the role of business development manager at bigmouthmedia, where he was responsible for a substantial portfolio of high-profile multinational brands and brings almost a decade of significant e-commerce experience to Lakestar Media.
Given a concise brief to ‘drive sales, attract new clients and develop Lakestar Media’s sales strategy’ Reed is looking forward to the challenges that will inevitably come with this senior role, and fully expects to hit the ground running. He said: “I’m delighted to be joining Lakestar. Since its creation in December 2007 Lakestar has developed into one of the UK’s fastest growing agencies earning a successful and solid reputation in the process. I’m certain that we can achieve even more success by adding further prestige accounts to our ever-expanding client portfolio.”
Commenting upon Reed’s appointment Lakestar Media MD Demetrious Loizou said: “Scott is determined, driven and capable of bringing substantial commercial success. I’m fully aware of his outstanding capabilities and that is why we’ve brought him in to the organisation at such a senior level.”
